I am a self employed engineer and I have no connection with Gledhill Ltd other than having a working knowledge of their thermal store products and being one of the engineers they recommend as a service/repair engineer for the Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire areas.
Most of the time I have found the problems with these units can be very simple. Many Boiler engineers have years of experiance with normal water heater boilers but do not have the knowledge of gledhill thermal storage heaters.

Please note: I'll travel anywhere in the UK provided my traveling time is paid for at my normal hourly rate.
